• Grayson Highlands

I’ve been working on the Grayson Highlands guide with Aaron Parlier for a little less than a year right now.  Things have been going great.  The Highlands is an incredible bouldering area and I’m always so psyched to go climbing there!

This is my first post here and I’ve decided to post a  few spreads from the guidebook to showcase the area.  This is still a working drafting.

We’re hoping to have the book to the printer this fall and out next spring!

I love sharing them though and I try to make people laugh and be silly and funny. I think I’m funny most of the time. Its a lonely world.

Dan it looks awesome!  You and Aaron have been working so hard, and it definitely shows!  Can’t wait to get my hands on a copy!  :)

We definitely need more action photos too.  Once things get a bit nicer out, lets all try to get together for more bouldering :)

Wow, that guide looks great. I like how you show people how to park too, since that can be a sticking point. It’s not always intuitive. The crux holds shots are such eye candy. Looks fun and the photos are great.

This looks great; I had been bouldering and rope climbing at Grayson once and its a special place. Aaron’s drawings and book layout look spectacular as well; thanks for all the work so we can go out and have fun!
